We invite you to inhabit the land that is your body through this movement journey.

We will use the impulse of music, breath, and relationship – to the ground, the space, and the pulse created collectively – to take you deeper into your natural movement. 

Using Music as a catalyst for movement, fostering awareness of the body's structures and processes. The practice's essence lies in slowing down, creating safe sapces for increased awareness and transforming limitations into resources.
