„SAFE AND SOUND“

Welcome to a place where you can BE, exhale and REST in safety. 

A cup of aromatic, warm cacao in your hands, a cosy blanket around your shoulders and Katrins voice will melt away the heaviness of your day, the racing thoughts can slow down and your body can rest. 

We rest in our self-sovereignty and togetherness. 

You do not need to think, do or achieve anything in this session. 

Come as you are. 

SIMPLICITY. 

First we sip CACAO 

Then we do a HEART MEDITATION 

Then you REST while Katrin will sing you into a soft slumber and weave potent dreamlines for you.

The sacred cacao medicine works its magic in your system and gently opens your heart and soul to recieve. Once the loud mind gets quiet, you can hear the gentle voice of your intuition. She might give you information you long for. Through REST we make way for laughter, light-heartedness and gratitude. We melt away self doubt, irritation and restlessness and we make space for life to flow through us.

Katrin aka KENICHI & THE SUN is an experienced and versatile artist and energy worker and her attention to detail and holding space is unique and magical. 

She is a long time friend of the hotel and will guide you with respect for the ancient ways and boundless creativity for the future ways. 

CACAO 

Unprocessed Ceremonial Cacao is a natural stress reliever, antidepressant and amongst many other beneficial components contains anandamide, the bliss molecule. Historically, cacao has always been considered a very powerful aphrodisiac and medicine, by the Mesoamerican and South American cultures, such as the Mayans, Aztecs. Its Greek name Theobroma Cacao literally means ‘Food of the Gods, Thea (god), Broma (food). 

Katrin will create an especially delicious potion for you that will also contain an icelandic herb tincture and a few drops of the „waters of the world“. This water was gathered when the grandmother medicine women met and shared the water of their homelands, from Greenland to Peru, to Bolivia, To Mexico, to Iceland, Germany, UK to Morocco, to Uganda. A sacred blend of worship of nature and life. 

Please be aware that ceremonial cacao is a potent medicine that should not be consumed if you suffer from severe heart issues, epilepsy or take a certain type of antidepressants.
