With Kundalini meditation we will get into a deep meditative state.

WHAT IS SAT NAM RASAYAN®?
Sat Nam Rasayan® is an ancient healing art from Kundalini Yoga that works in the meditative space. Entering a state of Sat Nam Rasayan® means entering a state of total surrender, becoming nothing, and operating from the state of shuniya. The mind of the Sat Nam Rasayan® practitioner becomes transcendent and in the vastness of this consciousness healing can occur.
This place of healing can be reached in a one-on-one setting of healer and client, between a teacher and a group of students, or within yourself in your own sadhana and daily life.
The study of Sat Nam Rasayan® includes the cultivation of shuniya through the practice of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. As well, student practitioners have practical experiences of healing, working on fellow students and patients under the direction of a teacher who helps to hold open the healing space.
Through the practice of Sat Nam Rasayan®, students develop the meditative mind, increase sensitivity, achieve greater clarity in their lives, release unhealthy habits, heal themselves, and heal others.
Sat Nam Rasayan enables a simple path to inner stillness and self-awareness. In this special conscious state of inner presence, many conflicts are resolved in a simple and unspectacular way. Sat Nam Rasayan is a direct path to awareness and intuitive living. "Sat Nam" means soul or true identity, "Rasayan" means flow.

Hanka Satwant Kaur’s journey started 25 years ago when meeting Yogi Bhajan.Ever since she devoted her life to practicing and teaching Yogic Healing Technology.She is a certified Level III Sat Nam Rasayan® instructor and Breathwalk Lead Trainer and has written the unique guide to Breathwalk „Schritt für Schritt“. Her vision is to support students to develop a meditative mind, experience healing space through inner silence and the ancient art of Sat Nam Rasayan.®
