On Friday Dec 9, we will do what we love most: bring a sensational squad together for one indulgent night of seafood and wine - in true festival style.
Arctic diver Roddie Sloan's exclusive, hand-dived treasures -from lobsters to scallops to mussels and more- will be in very capable hands with Chef The Duc Ngo taking over the raw bar and Alan Micks & Andreas Rieger of Michelberger Restaurant working their magic on the grill, with a bunch of seasonal sides to match and a sweet finish, of course.
Jason Bergkloster will be there to quench your thirst with wines from Weingut Bergkloster together with Clara Higham-Stoianova via Space Wine.
We will host various food stations inside the restaurant and around the grill in the courtyard. The fires will be lit for ultra cosiness.
It is going to be one unforgettable night.
