Tickets for Tactile Clay Meditation Berlin

Information

Join us for a Tactile Clay Meditation with the founder and ceramic artist, Anke Buchmann.

The session is an invitation to find inner balance, calmness, and inspiration. It is a conscious process in which we engage the hands through tactility, gesture, and intuition. The mind can relax and might arrive in a state of flow. Through slow-motion gestures, Anke will help you rest your thoughts on drawing connections between the clay and your own body. You get a chance to practice awareness, acceptance, and letting go while calming your nervous system. Instead of a ceramic object, you will take home the lived experience in body, hands, and mind.  The Clay Meditation is for everyone who has hands and wants to feel them again. No previous experience in clay, ceramics, or meditation is needed. It is a very intuitive method thanks to the organic material, perfect for meditation beginners and meditation lovers equally. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that can be washed by at least 40degrees (in case it gets in contact with clay) and a cozy mat to sit on.

Duration: approx. 2 h
price includes all material
