In this unique method of vocal improvisation, we investigate the use of interior sonic vibration through playing with emotionally inspired vocal prompts so participants can find the edges of their emotional and creative blocks, and build a practice of self-healing. With the support of gentle drones that were designed specifically for this workshop, the goal is to also give participants permission to vocally express themselves in ways that can allow them to embody fantasy, curiosity about who they are as a whole, and the right to feel whole within their own evolution. This practice is based heavily on using imagination and memory to conjure these states of play, so come with the nature of a child who is boundlessly curious, mischievous, and wanting to discover something new within themselves.
