The special vibration of the Aquarian Sadhana is a blissful experience that boosts group consciousness. Keeping up is not about self, it is about keeping up in spite of your ‘self.’ Keep up for yourself (in spite of yourself), keep up for others, keep up for every situation, and keep up even when you cannot keep up.

The Sadhana will be guided by Anne (Amrit Premdevi) and accompanied by Live Music from Ben Okamoto. Anne is an integral part of the Michelberger family and co-creator of the monthly Lift Off programming. As a two-year Kundalini Yoga teacher, her main focus lies on Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga and conscious conception.
