We invite you to join us for our Lift Off Kundalini Yoga class with our favorite teachers live from the hotel.
This is our Lift Off routine, our regular Kundalini experience with our favorite teachers and yogis.
Yogi Bhajan says what to expect:

Kundalini Yoga consists of active and passive asana-based kriyas, pranayama, and meditations which target the whole body system (nervous system, glands, mental faculties, chakras) to develop awareness, consciousness and spiritual strength.
