We will move on our mats, in the snow, we will chant and chat around the fireplace, we will eat wonderful food on top of the mountains and deep in the valleys. We will meditate, gravitate and run the slopes. Expanding on the community we build together over the past month and years, we would like to take the opportunity and create a week full of togetherness and spiritual and natural exploration. Return Sunday 31st of January in the evening.

Our days will begin with Kundalini Yoga, after breakfast we will discover the mountains by foot or by ski. In the evening we return to the coziness of our wonderful sanctuary Hotel Miramonte in the historic spa town Bad Gastein. Together into the new year with a clear mind and empowered body.

100 % cancellation possible until 7 days prior to departure. The trip will not take place, in case there are travel restrictions in place,  that do not allow for international travel or lodging for groups. All relevant hygiene and safety concepts will be followed based on the requirements in the future.

We will have Bad Gastein's best private Skiing and Snowboard Instructors, please let us know if you would like to join the slope master training. This can also be decided on a day to day basis. (Ski passes and Skiing instructor not included.) 

We will take the group train ticket from Berlin. You can also join the train in Munich (139 Euros roundtrip from Berlin &  58 Euros from Munich). Or you organise your own trip by car. Please let us know your preferred way of travel. 

About the teachers:

Panch Nishan has been teaching Kundalini Yoga worldwide for over 20 years from Chile to Egypt, Iceland to China; a life-long path/love/passion sparked from discovering it at the age of 14. One of the greatest gifts in her life was the chance to study and work directly with the Master of Kundalini Yoga, Yogi Bhajan. 

Many years later, love inspired her move from the USA to Berlin where she currently lives with her husband and son. She passionately facilitates teacher trainings, classes, workshops and retreats that support people to tap the well of energy within and live a fulfilling life, rather than one filled with stress and burn-out. As a systemic coach and trainer with a background in organizational leadership she is constantly spearheading change in her own life and facilitating change in those she serves. Caroline Sarab Prakash Kaur is a physical therapist and bodyworker. Kundalini Yoga found her 14 years ago, when she moved to Berlin. Ever since she is practicing that powerful technique and teaches in the Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Level 1 in Berlin and San Francisco, specialized in alignment and asana-practice. Since 5 years she runs her own yoga studio O·YOGA in Berlin Schöneberg.

A word from the Hosts:

In January 2020 we took 40 of our oldest team members on exactly the same trip to celebrate our 10th Hotel Birthday. We had the most magical time and experienced all activities and places first hand already. It was and will be a memorable trip filled with magical moments. Already last January the dream ignited to share this experience with our Yoga friends. Every inch of this trip is Michelberger Team approved :)

Nadine & Tom Michelberger and Amrit Premdevi will organise and host the week and we will make sure that it will all turn out amazing.
