Join Simona for an hour of yoga Vinyasa, where  you will nurture your mind and body with a meditation and breath work, followed by a mindful movement guided by your breath.

We will focus on finding comfort in traditional asanas while building a bit of strength. 

All levels welcome, no need for previous experience with yoga.
