Practice with us and experience the powerful teachings of Kundalini Yoga.

Panch Nishan Khalsa will lead a 1h community class and share her insights on Yoga and Meditation.

Techniques that support us in these times of transformation and self growth.

The class is followed by an Info Session for 2021 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Level 1.

Your opportunity to have a conversation with Panch Nishan and get all your questions answered - about the teacher training & Kundalini Yoga itself.
